By accessing and using the MOAR Law Experts website (hereinafter, "the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any of these terms, please do not use the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any modifications we make to these terms.

MOAR Law Experts is a law firm based in Tamarindo, Villarreal, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. This Site is intended to provide general information about our legal services, facilitate contact with our team, and enable online payment for contracted services.

Important notice: The information contained on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. An attorney-client relationship is established only through a formal written agreement with MOAR Law Experts.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in Costa Rica or your jurisdiction.
• Transmitting unsolicited advertising material, spam, or any form of unauthorized mass communication.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems, servers, or networks connected to the Site.
• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, or reselling any part of the Site without express written authorization.
• Using the Site to impersonate any person or entity.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, design, and software, is the property of MOAR Law Experts or its content providers and is protected by Costa Rican intellectual property laws and applicable international treaties.

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification of content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The Site enables payments for legal services through the Stripe and PayPal payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of those processors. MOAR Law Experts does not store credit or debit card data.

Payments made correspond to the services specifically described at the time of the transaction. For inquiries regarding refunds or payment disputes, contact us at [email protected].

MOAR Law Experts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, including loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damage, to the maximum extent permitted by Costa Rican law.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, virus-free, or free from other harmful components, nor that access will be continuous or uninterrupted.

All communications sent through the contact form or by email will be treated with appropriate professional confidentiality. However, submitting information through the Site does not by itself establish an attorney-client relationship or create confidentiality obligations until such relationship is formalized through a written agreement.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. MOAR Law Experts does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site or these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of San José, Costa Rica, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the Site. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
